A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Train and on-board
- Understand key blockers for our customers
- Debug customer issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Anticipate travel approximately 10% of the time on an as-needed basis
- M inimum of 1 year of B2B SaaS experience
- Attention to detail
