Job Summary
A market research company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Manage a client relationship after onboarding is complete
- Work closely with Sales colleagues to support business reviews
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferred) with 2+ years relevant experience
- CPG, Consumer Electronics, Apparel, and/or Retail industry knowledge preferred
- Working knowledge of retail and consumer goods enterprise software applications
- Proven analytic and communication skills
