Job Summary

A market research company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Manage a client relationship after onboarding is complete
  • Work closely with Sales colleagues to support business reviews

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel required
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferred) with 2+ years relevant experience
  • CPG, Consumer Electronics, Apparel, and/or Retail industry knowledge preferred
  • Working knowledge of retail and consumer goods enterprise software applications
  • Proven analytic and communication skills
