Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with senior business and marketing contacts
- Produce and execute a comprehensive adoption path
- Establish a metrics framework to realize and measure business value
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability and willingness to travel Up to 25% of the time (post Covid)
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent in a SaaS company
- Experience in managing renewals
- Strong software implementation project management skills
- Demonstrable experience engaging customer executives
- A high degree of curiosity and a willingness to stretch, learn, develop, and (at times) be uncomfortable
