A security and IT operational analytics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing customers requirements and promote the highest value application
- Assisting in assessing customer needs and coordinate high-value services
- Leading and facilitating new customer’s initial onboarding and introduction

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
