Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Help orchestrate reactive and proactive support across our sales and engineering teams
- Maintain a long-term relationship with their customers
- Understand the customer’s overall environment, usage trends, and pain points
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager or equivalent
- Cybersecurity experience and expertise
- Proven customer renewal/retention strategies
- Proven ability to improve customer success/satisfaction
- Technically savvy and able to discuss in-depth cybersecurity and technical topics with customers
- Familiarity with system and networking products such as firewalls, proxy, DB’s, etc
