Job Summary
A financial and business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping clients with onboarding, implementation and in charge of account management
- Developing relationships with customer stakeholders, serving as their partner in achieving their goals and desired outcomes
- Partnering with internal teams, including Sales, Product and Engineering, delivering the best customer experience to drive growth and retention
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated customer obsession with significant experience building and nurturing customer relationships
- Ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members
- Demonstrated high attention to detail
- Ability to design an organized onboarding plan and schedule for clients
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding customer renewal and retention goals in a high growth setting
- Ability to activate and renew our customer base
