Job Summary
A healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Work in partnership with clients to drive product adoption, communicate and implement best practices
- Develop additional strategies to provide maximum value to customers
- Engage with customers to ensure forward progress on strategic organizational goals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Education: Master’s Degree
- Experience with software implementation, project execution and end user rollout planning
- Experience with risk management, communication planning, executive alignment and account planning
- Experience with Epic, Cerner, Athena or other EMR implementation, and/or healthcare consulting roles
- Healthcare experience in implementation, account management, software consulting or other relevant position
