Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented plan
- Acting as the ‘point person’ during deployments at new clients
- Proactively identifying new workloads and expansion opportunities in each account
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of professional healthcare consulting experience working at a top consulting firm
- Track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles
- Basic technical understanding with a desire to expand his/her technical knowledge
- Experience in industrial engineering and/or hospital and healthcare operations
- Ability to create value for customers by ensuring clearly defined business outcomes
- Ability to leverage deep functional expertise to increase the customer’s usage of existing workloads
