Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented plan
  • Acting as the ‘point person’ during deployments at new clients
  • Proactively identifying new workloads and expansion opportunities in each account

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3-5 years of professional healthcare consulting experience working at a top consulting firm
  • Track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles
  • Basic technical understanding with a desire to expand his/her technical knowledge
  • Experience in industrial engineering and/or hospital and healthcare operations
  • Ability to create value for customers by ensuring clearly defined business outcomes
  • Ability to leverage deep functional expertise to increase the customer’s usage of existing workloads
