Job Summary
A global technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the Customer Success Management Government team
- Hiring, training, coaching and developing the CSMs on the team
- Continuously managing and evolving the coverage model to improve the overall customer experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of customer success or account management experience, preferably within a SaaS organization
- 2+ years of management experience
- 2+ years of working with government customers
- Strong understanding of customer success management and business strategy
- Experience utilizing metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders
