Job Summary

A global technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing the Customer Success Management Government team
  • Hiring, training, coaching and developing the CSMs on the team
  • Continuously managing and evolving the coverage model to improve the overall customer experience

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 6+ years of customer success or account management experience, preferably within a SaaS organization
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • 2+ years of working with government customers
  • Strong understanding of customer success management and business strategy
  • Experience utilizing metrics to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers and internal stakeholders
