Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Researching and analyzing data and adoption measures in and outside the veterinary industry
- Using communication and relationship building skills to educate, upsell, and retain customers
- Retaining vast amounts of information and being able to recall that information successfully
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a Customer Success role
- Proven history analyzing data to drive your decision-making, and communicate findings effectively
- Comfortable with discussing issues and/or goals for the customer and offering solutions
- Fast learner, with the ability to think on your feet and act strategically
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage notes in your own book of business
- Ability to work remotely while independently teaching, managing, and holding yourself accountable
