Job Summary
A business analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build trusted and strong relationships with the designated client accounts
- Identify value added solutions to generate growth and revenue
- Manage the ongoing client contractual relationships
Qualifications Include:
- Understands Personas of CFO, CPO, CCO and CMO
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of sales/sales support/client service/account management experience
- Experience with accessing/using SFDC, KPI, BI Portal, OA/QTC, Sales Spot, Usage Reporting Systems
- 1-2 years of project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
