Job Summary

A business analytics company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Build trusted and strong relationships with the designated client accounts
  • Identify value added solutions to generate growth and revenue
  • Manage the ongoing client contractual relationships

Qualifications Include:

  • Understands Personas of CFO, CPO, CCO and CMO
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of sales/sales support/client service/account management experience
  • Experience with accessing/using SFDC, KPI, BI Portal, OA/QTC, Sales Spot, Usage Reporting Systems
  • 1-2 years of project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
