Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying gaps in customer implementation plans and provide guidance to help them grow and scale quickly
- Collaborating with Technical Support Engineers to identify and resolve technical issues
- Documenting knowledge gained from your experiences so that the company, future team hires, and development partners can benefit
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success manager role at a tech company with 3+ years of overall work experience
- Passion and deep knowledge of your company’s product
- Knowledge of customer success best practices and how to relate them to a hardware + software context
- Excellent communication skills and a thorough approach to problem-solving
- Experience with renewals and upsells
- Background in hardware products
