Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying gaps in customer implementation plans and provide guidance to help them grow and scale quickly
  • Collaborating with Technical Support Engineers to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Documenting knowledge gained from your experiences so that the company, future team hires, and development partners can benefit

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer success manager role at a tech company with 3+ years of overall work experience
  • Passion and deep knowledge of your company’s product
  • Knowledge of customer success best practices and how to relate them to a hardware + software context
  • Excellent communication skills and a thorough approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with renewals and upsells
  • Background in hardware products
