Job Summary

A computer software company dedicated to advancing digital workspace technology needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Creating customer adoption benchmarks and forecasts based on defined business use cases
  • Documenting and tracking interactions across the methodology identifying blockers and risk within the customer journey
  • Guiding customers on business process improvements based on standard methodologies, business knowledge, and visibility into current vs. future state product capabilities

Qualifications Include:

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentations and written documents
  • Integrity and confidence to work closely with, and guide leadership within the customer organization
  • Excellent problem solver, ability to work cross-functionally to deliver results
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, think creatively and take on challenges, and proactively solve problems to successfully deliver project
  • Strong understanding of Cloud subscription model
