Job Summary
A recruiting website company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to customers
- Onboarding and educating customers about Glassdoor's products
- Producing and conducting Executive Business Reviews, engaging with client counterparts
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of experience in B2B environments
- Previous experience in digital and branding advertising campaigns or online recruiting highly beneficial
- Basic understanding of the recruiting landscape and employer branding
- Enthusiasm for online advertising/media, marketing, and/or employer branding space is a must!
