Job Summary

A recruiting website company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor, thought leader, and subject matter expert to customers
  • Onboarding and educating customers about Glassdoor's products
  • Producing and conducting Executive Business Reviews, engaging with client counterparts

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of experience in B2B environments
  • Previous experience in digital and branding advertising campaigns or online recruiting highly beneficial
  • Basic understanding of the recruiting landscape and employer branding
  • Enthusiasm for online advertising/media, marketing, and/or employer branding space is a must!
