Job Summary
A privately-held technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing a portfolio of strategic customers
- Reviewing and understanding the contractual agreements in place
- Documenting and communicating customer’s status
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1 to 3 years in customer facing roles
- Experience reviewing contracts, negotiating and preparing proposals
- Excellent organizational skills
