A privately-held technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a portfolio of strategic customers
  • Reviewing and understanding the contractual agreements in place
  • Documenting and communicating customer’s status

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1 to 3 years in customer facing roles
  • Experience reviewing contracts, negotiating and preparing proposals
  • Excellent organizational skills
