An international marketing technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager .
Must be able to:
- Deliver ROI for clients throughout the customer lifecycle
- Be a trusted advisor and partner for the client
- Negotiate renewal contracts that align with customer goals and ROI
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success
- Good understanding of SaaS and Professional Services engagements with global customers and team members
- Excellent executive presence and communication abilities
- Proven ability to grow accounts, win back customers, and negotiate with key stakeholders
