Job Summary
A business solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering successful technical architecture (end-to-end) to meet our client’s business objectives
- Becoming a trusted technical advisor to Client’s team building strong relationships
- Understanding client’s business, key business drivers & determining how we can most effectively deliver business improvements
