Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Onboarding and assisting new customers
- Discovering and evangelizing new use cases for customers
- Simultaneously managing multiple customers at different points of the customer lifecycle
Position Requirements Include:
- Spreadsheet enthusiast who can't stop talking about their love of spreadsheets
- 4+ years using spreadsheets at work to manage information, projects, budgets, etc.
- Self-starter with an enthusiasm for creative problem-solving
- Strong interest and familiarity with productivity tools
