Job Summary
A cannabis company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with our Onboarding team to ensure customers are trained on how to use our products
- Conducting account reviews to communicate ROI and measure progress to goals
- Conducting ad hoc intervention calls and meetings with at-risk customers
Qualifications Include:
- Proficient with Salesforce
- Must have 3+ years experience in a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Account Executive
- Experience with call and meeting activity requirements
- BS/BA degree from a 4-year college or university
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle ambiguity and quickly react and adapt to an ever-changing regulatory environment
