Job Summary

A book publishing company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting with the setup and administration of software tools to ensure clients meet strategic goals
  • Developing and implementing success plans to lead clients through a strategic customer journey
  • Ensuring all aspects of client engagement and contractual obligations are executed successfully

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or directly related year for year experience
  • 3 years account management, project management or customer success experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
