A book publishing company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with the setup and administration of software tools to ensure clients meet strategic goals
- Developing and implementing success plans to lead clients through a strategic customer journey
- Ensuring all aspects of client engagement and contractual obligations are executed successfully
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or directly related year for year experience
- 3 years account management, project management or customer success experience
