Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customer success senior leadership to operationalize customer journey by developing and executing on customer success programs and strategies Identify
- Assist in the negotiation of complex renewals and customer escalations
- growth opportunities by partnering with sales to expand portfolios and secure renewals
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated fiscal responsibility/accountability in managing budgets
- Minimum 3 years experience in prior management experience
- 4+ years experience in sales or customer-facing role
