Job Summary

A SaaS startup needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact between Sendlane and its high-tier customers post-implementation
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of application with an eye towards driving deeper platform adoption
  • Collaborate with customers to determine their needs

  • You are quick as a whip, both in pace and smarts
  • Analytical by nature, you excel in problem-solving and identifying issues before they arrive
  • You do things fast and you do them well
  • Great communication skills
