An information technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Provide direction, mentoring and thought leadership to customers
- Engage with the customer and their partner implementation executive teams
- Provide product adoption and release guidance; identify product expansion/up sell opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience in program governance
- Ability to facilitate Business Architecture, IT and Roadmap sessions
- Ability to identify design and configuration deviation from best practices
