Job Summary
An online florist is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with Partner Success Managers, Partner Support team & Onboarding team to improve how we support & serve partners
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for each partner & provide consultation on opportunities to improve their business results
- Provide ongoing guidance coaching to increase partner revenue and retention while reducing churn
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Technology, or related field
- 3 - 4 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
- Prior experience in a B2B company
