Job Summary

A software technology company that has developed a cloud-based software platform has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing a book of business worth ~$2M in ARR (~70 accounts)
  • Building and maintaining senior-level relationships with customer accounts
  • Analyzing user engagement data, identify actionable insights, and report regularly on KPIs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience managing multiple accounts with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent problem-solver, quick thinking, and adaptable
  • Self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with others
