Job Summary

An advertising technology developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with strategic global platform partners to explain the company's value proposition & its benefit in a cookie-less world
  • Onboarding customers to the ID5 identity platform by explaining the service, liaising with the various stakeholders
  • Defining & delivering a service structure to these partners to expand the company's scope of work & to meet ongoing expectations

Required Skills:

  • Up to 4 years of work experience in Advertising Technology
  • A keen interest in technology and ideally with foundational experience in Ad Operations or Technical Account Management
  • A quantitative mind, with strong understanding of digital advertising technologies & ability to simplify complicated technical topics
  • An entrepreneurial-minded individual who will thrive in a startup environment
