Job Summary
A retail analytics company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Train and onboard new pilots and customers
- Drive platform data usage and adoption
- Manage the success of each customer relationship
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree in business or other relevant discipline
- 5 years’ experience in retail sales or operations
- Able to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying mutually beneficial opportunities for growth
- Additional experience working in start-up or entrepreneurial environment highly desirable
- Able to ssist with support escalation, pre-sell, or other issues as needed
