Job Summary

A retail analytics company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Train and onboard new pilots and customers
  • Drive platform data usage and adoption
  • Manage the success of each customer relationship

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Undergraduate degree in business or other relevant discipline
  • 5 years’ experience in retail sales or operations
  • Able to ensure customer satisfaction and identifying mutually beneficial opportunities for growth
  • Additional experience working in start-up or entrepreneurial environment highly desirable
  • Able to ssist with support escalation, pre-sell, or other issues as needed
