Job Summary

A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Build systems, procedures and staff that can excel at key initiatives
  • Gather direct and inferred product feedback from customers
  • Improve company's best practices that align with industry standards to share with customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Demonstrated ability to retain and grow the value of your customers
  • Experienced Customer Success Manager (or similar customer-facing role)
  • Experience managing, growing & mentoring a team of CSMs
  • Basic understanding of accounting systems and/or payment processing platforms
  • Excel at driving effective and influential conversations with senior leadership
  • Experience navigating complex organizations to accelerate product adoption
