Job Summary
A software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build systems, procedures and staff that can excel at key initiatives
- Gather direct and inferred product feedback from customers
- Improve company's best practices that align with industry standards to share with customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated ability to retain and grow the value of your customers
- Experienced Customer Success Manager (or similar customer-facing role)
- Experience managing, growing & mentoring a team of CSMs
- Basic understanding of accounting systems and/or payment processing platforms
- Excel at driving effective and influential conversations with senior leadership
- Experience navigating complex organizations to accelerate product adoption
