Job Summary

A technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing regular internal status updates and customer sentiment, as directed, within internal tools and systems
  • Being a single point of contact for escalation of day-to-day operational issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Service Management or related role
  • Technical account level exposure within managed hosting, cloud environments, networking
  • Demonstrated ability of a high degree of independence and the ability to be proactive and solution oriented
