Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing regular internal status updates and customer sentiment, as directed, within internal tools and systems
- Being a single point of contact for escalation of day-to-day operational issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in Service Management or related role
- Technical account level exposure within managed hosting, cloud environments, networking
- Demonstrated ability of a high degree of independence and the ability to be proactive and solution oriented
