Job Summary
EveryCloud is looking for a Customer Success Manager. Due to our rapidly expanding customer numbers we're looking for someone to manage customer retention and growth.
You will be working with our existing direct and channel customers. Daily tasks will include customer queries, presenting and selling new solutions and monitoring/ reporting on customer satisfaction.
We're looking for someone with a good understanding of Customer Success who ideally has worked a minimum of two years experience in a similar role.
Key areas of responsibility:
Identifying & contacting high value' customers to offer additional support and education
Taking ownership for customer retention and highlighting areas for improvement. The right candidate will understand churn reduction is key to success in this role
Relationship building with our existing Partners, helping to grow their user base and product offerings
Provide excellent support for all customers via online chat, email and phone
This role requires someone who:
Has experience in a customer service/ success role
Can work remotely
Has experience of working for a SAAS or technical business
Is a fast learner and able to quickly grasp details of our service to assist customers
Is self-motivated & happy to work autonomously in their role
Has excellent attention to detail
Has experience of working in a sales related role and is great at building relationships
Is comfortable using online communication tools - e.g. skype, slack, live-chat
Happy to go beyond the remit of their role to help the business be successful
Regular Tasks:
Communicating with existing users and cross selling our products
Assisting with our renewals process
Handle inbound customer enquiries
Communicate with our customers using online chat
Deliver training where required
Report key support metrics (KPIs) to the Head of Sales UK
Experience:
All candidates MUST have a experience of working in a customer service related role.
