Job Summary

A cloud technology company is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining monthly recurring revenue for our most valued customers
  • Being responsible for on-time contract renewals
  • Develop strong multi-threaded customer relationships

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • -BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • 3-5+ years direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success experience
  • Enterprise-ready, solution-oriented mindset to understand and solve complex customer issues
  • Proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Experience in Video, Contact Center or Web Collaboration desired
  • Experience and comfort interacting with and influencing C-level executives
