Job Summary

A benefits management solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager I.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining relationships with a portfolio of Employer and Carrier customers
  • Daily progress reporting of Open Enrollment activities
  • Answering Open Enrollment questions and perform basic production triage

Position Requirements Include:

  • Microsoft Office suite experience
  • B.S. or B.A. preferred
  • ANSI 834 enrollment file knowledge a plus
  • Industry experience highly preferred
