Job Summary
A benefits management solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager I.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining relationships with a portfolio of Employer and Carrier customers
- Daily progress reporting of Open Enrollment activities
- Answering Open Enrollment questions and perform basic production triage
Position Requirements Include:
- Microsoft Office suite experience
- B.S. or B.A. preferred
- ANSI 834 enrollment file knowledge a plus
- Industry experience highly preferred
