A developer of HR management software has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Manager In Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing customer value realization plans to maximize customer lifetime value
- ImImplementing customer loyalty and advocacy programs to influence account expansion and ultimately drive new business
- Leading a team of Customer Success professionals who support the OnSolve Account Management team
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of management experience in an Account Management or Customer Success organization
- Client management experience, preferably in a multi-vendor environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS or software customer needs and technology trends
- Proven track record “making the number” – achieving attainment goals
- Experience executing complex renewals and closures, preferably in multi-year agreements
