Job Summary

An internet company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager in Boston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Tracking accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk
  • Ensuring that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment
  • Managing all post-sales activity for Box's top business and enterprise customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel up to 40%
  • Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
  • 3+ Years Prior account management experience
  • 4 year degree required
