Job Summary
An internet company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager in Boston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tracking accounts to identify churn risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk
- Ensuring that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment
- Managing all post-sales activity for Box's top business and enterprise customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel up to 40%
- Strong communication skills and technical aptitude
- 3+ Years Prior account management experience
- 4 year degree required
