Job Summary
An educational services provider is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager in Des Moines.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring contract and account plan deliverables are met
- Educating customers about new products and services as well as developing and delivering webinars
- Meeting and exceeding assigned targets for renewals, sales expansion opportunities, and strategic objectives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Experience developing account strategy, building client relationships, and cultivating new business opportunities required
- Excellent presentation skills; ability to conduct engaging presentations in person and remotely
- Strong passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Demonstrated ability to expand business with existing customers
