Job Summary

A provider of a children's learning application is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Manager in New York City.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing responsive, timely and solution-oriented customer service that leads to customer satisfaction and retention
  • Participating in company product QA to both learn and understand our products deeply
  • Actively participating in team meetings (sprint planning, estimation, retro, daily stand-ups etc)

Qualifications Include:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer success, and working directly with developers
  • Comfortable working with technology applications and resolving complex technical issues
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Extremely detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
  • Exposure to our tech stack, including Zendesk, Asana, GSuite, etc
