Job Summary

An agile marketing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager in Oakland.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing deep knowledge of client marketing goals
  • Fostering collaboration and inspire innovation among teams
  • Managing day-to-day client communications and serve as the main point of contact

Qualifications Include:

  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years client engagement/account management experience within digital marketing
  • Ability to articulate complex strategies to an audience with varying degrees
  • Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Wrike, and Jira
