Job Summary
An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Manager in Oklahoma City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Clearly communicating the benefits of new product features, and ensure customers promptly adopt them
- Identifying opportunities for onboarding efficiency, account expansion, and revenue creation within our customer base
- Onboarding new customers and help train their staff
Qualifications for this position include:
- Yearly company retreats
- 1-3 years of professional experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- A great track record of expanding revenue and mitigating customer churn
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Experience working closely with other departments like Marketing, Sales, and Product
- Tech savvy and have experience implementing software according to the specific needs of the customer
