Job Summary

A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Manager in Philadelphia.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging current and past customers through phone calls, emails and LinkedIn
  • Developing revenue from current and past customers by establishing workflow touch points
  • Sending a required set number of emails a week to customers and prospects

Required Skills:

  • College degree
  • Proficiency in Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Experience using Project management software to track your project and tasks, ConnectUs uses Asana
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Inside Sales
  • Experience using Document creation software for reporting and analysis, ConnectUs uses Word and Google Suite
  • love for new technology and learning new software tools
