An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Customer Success Manager in Sacramento.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and managing the day to day relationships with your customers
- Preparing and delivering business orchestration meetings
- Reviewing and reporting on usage, adoption and customer health metrics
