Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Onboarding Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Continuing to help evolve the way we engage and educate end-users
- Scheduling and leading remote trainings for new teams of 10 to 100+ users
- Creating custom training materials (videos, presentations, how-to guides, and support articles)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years experience in a client facing role or learning & development
- An understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
- A love of managing project tasks and following them through to successful completion
- A desire to work with a variety of customers to help improve processes and successfully educate users
