Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Onboarding Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Project manage a new customer's onboarding process from onboarding kick-off through user training
  • Schedule and lead remote trainings for new teams of 10 to 100+ users
  • Create custom training materials (videos, presentations, how-to guides, and support articles)

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in a client facing role or learning & development
  • An understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
  • A love of managing project tasks and following them through to successful completion
  • A desire to work with a variety of customers to help improve processes and successfully educate users
