Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Onboarding Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Project manage a new customer's onboarding process from onboarding kick-off through user training
- Schedule and lead remote trainings for new teams of 10 to 100+ users
- Create custom training materials (videos, presentations, how-to guides, and support articles)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in a client facing role or learning & development
- An understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
- A love of managing project tasks and following them through to successful completion
- A desire to work with a variety of customers to help improve processes and successfully educate users
