A technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Operations Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and refining customer lifecycle process
- Owning the Customer Success technology stack
- Building & driving process, change management and operational efficiencies within Customer Success org
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 8+ years of experience in a customer success operations, strategy and/or customer success
- Passion for developing and implementing processes that scale
- Proven track record of leading change management
- Experience with Customer Success technology tooling
- Compelling storytelling, with the ability to leverage data to drive action, including for non-analytical audiences
- Strong people management, coaching and development experience
