A technology company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Operations Director.

  • Leading and refining customer lifecycle process
  • Owning the Customer Success technology stack
  • Building & driving process, change management and operational efficiencies within Customer Success org

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years of experience in a customer success operations, strategy and/or customer success
  • Passion for developing and implementing processes that scale
  • Proven track record of leading change management
  • Experience with Customer Success technology tooling
  • Compelling storytelling, with the ability to leverage data to drive action, including for non-analytical audiences
  • Strong people management, coaching and development experience
