  • Manage key Customer Success systems, processes, and program governance
  • Build program automation and manage a foundation of technology and systems
  • Help team members to build customer programs, Dashboards, reporting and other automation programs

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years, Gainsight - prefer admin certification
  • 2+ Salesforce admin
  • Familiar with the customer lifecycle and have a deep understanding of key CS metrics
  • Metrics-obsessed CS ops professional
  • A strong understanding of the customer Success lifecycle
  • A strong understanding of programs that can support a tech touch methodology
