Job Summary

A cloud-based business solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Partnering with Customer Success Leadership and individual team members
  • Analyzing and improving Customer Health Score
  • Supporting Customer Success QBRs and customer presentations

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field
  • 3+ years relevant experience in Customer Success operations, finance, consulting, or in equivalent roles
  • Salesforce.com experience required
  • Experience rolling out a Customer Success platform
