Job Summary
A mobile technology company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Partnering with key stakeholders on projects designed to increase revenue, customer retention, product activation and operational efficiency
- Analyzing the Customer Success program’s performance
- Contributing to defining and refining the initiatives, methodologies, playbooks, assets and programs within the Customer Success organization
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience in operations management role
- Demonstrated problem solving experience providing data-driven business insights
- Proven ability to be structured and successful in a complex, fast-paced environment, planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level
- Working knowledge of the various tool sets supporting Customer Success teams, e.g. Confluence, Zendesk, Salesforce
- Experience leading change management initiatives and gaining buy-in from high level executives to entry level team members
- Demonstrated ability to build KPIs, improve efficiency through process design, and work with cross functional teams to automate and implement processes that you have designed
