Job Summary

A marketing software company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing processes to improve operational efficiency in a rapid growing environment
  • Creating analysis frameworks and project methodologies to effectively answer strategic questions
  • Building, maintaining & communicating detailed reporting, dashboards and analysis on key business metrics and challenges

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelors or Masters in mathematics, engineering, data science, statistics, economics or quantitative background
  • 10+ years of experience, some of which was spent managing and leading a team of analysts
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Hands on experience with BI Visualization Tools
  • Analytical experience
  • Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
