A marketing software company has an open position for a Remote Customer Success Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Implementing processes to improve operational efficiency in a rapid growing environment
- Creating analysis frameworks and project methodologies to effectively answer strategic questions
- Building, maintaining & communicating detailed reporting, dashboards and analysis on key business metrics and challenges
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors or Masters in mathematics, engineering, data science, statistics, economics or quantitative background
- 10+ years of experience, some of which was spent managing and leading a team of analysts
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Hands on experience with BI Visualization Tools
- Analytical experience
- Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
