  • Helping develop prioritized roadmap of run-the-business enhancements and optimizations
  • Developing effective relationships and regular communication
  • Serving as a subject-matter expert and a key point of contact on Customer Success tools and processes

  • 6+ years track record of strong business judgement and project management skills
