Job Summary

A consulting and training company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the VP schedule
  • Managing the communication channels for the CS teams
  • Preparing analytical data for VP to review

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a project management capacity
  • Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize with minimal oversight
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
