Job Summary
A consulting and training company is in need of a Remote Customer Success Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the VP schedule
- Managing the communication channels for the CS teams
- Preparing analytical data for VP to review
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of experience in a project management capacity
- Experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize with minimal oversight
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
