Job Summary
A real estate technology company has a current position open for a Remote Customer Success Operations Manager in Boston.
Must be able to:
- Use image editing software (like Adobe Illustrator) to prepare posters and other print materials for customers using our existing templates
- Join customer calls to discuss project changes, take notes of tasks to be completed and take action on those items within agreed upon deadlines
- Oversee customer onboarding configurations and workflows, create training materials and provide ongoing support to the customer or the team as needed
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- You have experience in customer success, support or operations at a startup
- You are comfortable and experienced with customer-facing interaction via Zoom, email and phone
- You can effectively prioritize a large volume of varied work and meet tight deadlines with great attention to detail
